Kumara Pokuna

Kumara Pokuna, also known as the Royal Bathing Pool, is a beautiful ancient structure located in the historic city of Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka. Built during the reign of King Parakramabahu the Great (1153–1186 AD), this stone pool served as the private bath for the royal family. It is situated just outside the citadel walls, right next to the ruins of the king's grand palace.
