• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

3. Notice and Takedown Procedure:

Once a valid Copyright notice has been received, we will:

• Notify the user who posted the content that we have received a Copyright notice and have taken action.
• We will take reasonable steps to inform the person who posted the material about their rights to file a counter-notification.

4. Repeat Infringers:
