Pigeon Island National Park

Pigeon Island National Park is a beautiful marine park located in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka. It is situated about 1 km away from the famous Nilaveli Beach in Trincomalee. The park consists of two small islands: Large Pigeon Island and Small Pigeon Island.

⛴️ Take a Boat: From Nilaveli Beach, you must hire a boat. The boat ride takes about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the island.

Note: You need to buy an entrance ticket at the ticket office on the beach before you get on the boat.
