Hikkaduwa National Park

Hikkaduwa National Park is one of only three marine national parks in Sri Lanka. It is a beautiful sanctuary located right in the heart of Hikkaduwa town. The park is famous for its “fringing” coral reef, which means the reef is very close to the shore. The water here is quite shallow, with an average depth of about 5 meters (16 feet), making it perfect for everyone to explore. 🚗 By Car: It is about 100km south of Colombo via the Galle Road (A2) or the Expressway.
