📌 A Paradise for Nature Lovers

Bundala National Park is a beautiful nature reserve located in the southern part of Sri Lanka, near Hambantota. It is famous all over the world for being a primary destination for migratory birds. The park covers about 6,216 hectares and is a mix of scrublands, lagoons, and sandy beaches. It was the first wetland in Sri Lanka to be named a “Ramsar site,” which means it is an internationally important area for nature. Here, you can see huge flocks of colorful birds, clever crocodiles, and even elephants walking through the bushes.

බූන්දල ජාතික උද්‍යානය යනු ලංකාවේ දකුණු පළාතේ, හම්බන්තොට දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ පිහිටි ඉතාමත් සුන්දර රක්ෂිතයකි. විශේෂයෙන්ම විදේශ රටවල සිට පැමිණෙන සංචාරක පක්ෂීන් නැරඹීමට ලෝකයේම ප්‍රසිද්ධ ස්ථානයක් ලෙස මෙය හැඳින්විය හැකියි. හෙක්ටයාර 6,216 ක පමණ වපසරියකින් යුත් මෙහි කලපු, වැලි කඳු සහ ලඳු කැලෑ දැකගත හැකියි. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ප්‍රථම “රම්සාර්” තෙත් බිම ලෙස නම් කළේ ද මෙම ස්ථානයයි. මෙහිදී ඔබට රංචු පිටින් සිටින ලස්සන පක්ෂීන්, කිඹුලන් සහ අලි ඇතුන් වැනි සතුන් නිදහසේ සැරිසරන අයුරු දැකබලා ගත හැකියි.
