Bambarakanda Falls

Bambarakanda Falls is the tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka. It stands at a massive height of 263 meters (863 feet)! Located in the Badulla District near a small town called Kalupahana, it looks like a long, thin silver thread falling down a giant black rock. It is surrounded by beautiful pine forests and green mountains, making it a very peaceful place to visit.

🚂 By Train: Take the train to Haputale or Ohiya station, then take a bus or tuk-tuk to Kalupahana.
