🚂 By Train: This is the most scenic way. Take the coastal train from Colombo Fort to the Hikkaduwa station. The ride takes about 2 to 3 hours.

🚌 By Bus: You can take a “Southern Expressway” bus from Kottawa (Colombo) to Galle and then a short local bus or Tuk-Tuk to Hikkaduwa. Or, take the normal “Galle Road” bus (Route 02).

🚗 By Car: It is about a 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Colombo via the Southern Expressway (E01).
