Galboda Ella is a very beautiful waterfall found in the village of Galboda, near Nawalapitiya in Sri Lanka. It is about 30 meters high. What makes it special is that it is located right next to the railway track. The water comes from the Mahaweli River area and falls into a large, cool pool. It is surrounded by green tea estates and thick forests, making the whole place look like a hidden paradise.

ගල්බොඩ ඇල්ල යනු ශ්රී ලංකාවේ නාවලපිටිය ප්රදේශයේ ගල්බොඩ ගම්මානයේ පිහිටා ඇති ඉතා සුන්දර දියඇල්ලකි. මෙහි උස මීටර් 30ක් පමණ වේ. මෙම දියඇල්ලේ විශේෂත්වය වන්නේ එය දුම්රිය මාර්ගය අසලම පිහිටා තිබීමයි. මහවැලි ගඟට සම්බන්ධ දිය දහරාවකින් පෝෂණය වන මෙම ඇල්ල, තේ වතු සහ ඝන වනාන්තරවලින් වටවී ඇති නිසා බලන්නට ඉතා ලස්සනයි.
✅ පහසුවෙන් ළඟාවීම: දුම්රියෙන් ගොස් ඉතා පහසුවෙන් ළඟා විය හැකි ලංකාවේ ඇති සුවිශේෂී දියඇල්ලක් වීම.
✅ ස්වභාවික සෞන්දර්යය: ඉතා නැවුම් වාතය සහ නිස්කලංක පරිසරය නිසා සිතට ලොකු සහනයක් ලැබේ.
✅ ඡායාරූප: දියඇල්ල අසලින් දුම්රිය යන අයුරු ඡායාරූප ගැනීමට මෙය කදිම ස්ථානයකි.
✅ සිසිලස: දියඇල්ලෙන් විහිදෙන සිහින් දිය බිංදු ඔබේ ගතට මහත් සිසිලසක් ගෙන දෙයි.
↔️ “ගල්බොඩ” යන නමේ තේරුම “ගල් අසල පිහිටි ඇල්ල” යන්නයි.
↔️ මෙම ප්රදේශය ලංකාවේ වැඩිම වර්ෂාපතනයක් ලැබෙන ස්ථානයක් බැවින් වසරේ වැඩි කාලයක් මෙහි ජලය පිරී පවතී.
↔️ වැසි කාලයට මෙම දියඇල්ල ඉතා වේගයෙන් සහ පළලින් යුක්තව ගලා බසී.

🌟 දිය නෑම: මෙහි ඇති සිසිල් ජලයෙන් දිය නෑමට හැකියාව ඇතත්, ලිස්සන සුළු ගල් ගැන ප්රවේශම් විය යුතුය.
🌟 විනෝද වීම: පවුලේ අය හෝ මිතුරන් සමඟ ආහාර පාන රැගෙන ගොස් දවසක් විනෝදයෙන් ගත කළ හැකිය.
🌟 දුම්රිය නැරඹීම: හරිත පරිසරය මැදින් කඳුකර දුම්රිය ධාවනය වන අපූරු දසුන නැරඹිය හැකිය.
🚂 දුම්රියෙන්: මෙය හොඳම ක්රමයයි. කොළඹ හෝ මහනුවර සිට බදුල්ල බලා යන ඕනෑම දුම්රියක නැගී “ගල්බොඩ” දුම්රිය ස්ථානයෙන් බැසගත යුතුය.
🚗 මාර්ගයෙන්: වාහනයකින් කෙළින්ම දියඇල්ල අසලටම යාම තරමක් අපහසුය. මාර්ග ඉතා පටු බැවින් දුම්රියෙන් යාම වඩාත් සුදුසුයි.
ගල්බොඩ ඇල්ල නැරඹීමට යාම පුංචි චාරිකාවක් වැනිය. දුම්රිය ගමන, ස්වභාවික පරිසරය මැදින් ඇවිදීම සහ දියඇල්ලේ හඬ සිතට පුදුම සතුටක් ගෙන දෙයි. නගරයේ කාර්යබහුල බවින් මිදී නිදහසේ කාලය ගත කිරීමට මෙය කදිම තැනකි.
⚠️ ආරක්ෂාව: දියඇල්ල අසල ගල් ඉතා ලිස්සන සුළුයි. ඒ නිසා හොඳින් ග්රහණය පවතින සපත්තු පළඳින්න.
⚠️ වැසි: මෙම ප්රදේශයට නිතර වැසි ලැබෙන බැවින් කුඩයක් හෝ වැහි කබායක් රැගෙන යාමට අමතක කරන්න එපා.
⚠️ පිරිසිදුකම: කරුණාකර ප්ලාස්ටික් හෝ කසළ පරිසරයට දමන්න එපා. මෙම සුන්දර ස්ථානය ආරක්ෂා කරන්න.
