Asupini Ella, also known as Ahupini Ella, is a stunning waterfall located in the Kegalle district of Sri Lanka, near the town of Aranayaka. It is formed by the waters of the Maha Oya. The waterfall is about 30 meters (98 feet) high and is surrounded by lush green mountains and thick forests. It is a peaceful place where you can hear the sound of rushing water and singing birds. අසුපිනි ඇල්ල (නැතිනම් අහුපිනි ඇල්ල) කියන්නේ ශ්රී ලංකාවේ කෑගල්ල දිස්ත්රික්කයේ, අරණායක ප්රදේශයේ පිහිටා තිබෙන ඉතාමත් සුන්දර දිය ඇල්ලක්. මේ ඇල්ල නිර්මාණය වෙන්නේ මහා ඔයෙන් ගලාගෙන එන ජලයෙන්. අඩි 98ක් (මීටර් 30ක්) පමණ උස මේ දිය ඇල්ල වටේටම තියෙන්නේ නිල්පාට කඳු පන්ති සහ ඝන වනාන්තරයයි. නගරයේ කාර්යබහුල බවින් මිදිලා, කුරුල්ලන්ගේ සින්දු අහමින් නිදහසේ ඉන්න කැමති අයට මේක කදිම තැනක්.
✅ ස්වභාවික සුන්දරත්වය: ගල්කුළු අතරින් වතුර කඩා හැලෙන දර්ශනය ඇසට ඉතාමත් ප්රියජනකයි.
✅ ඓතිහාසික වැදගත්කම: අතීත රජ කෙනෙක් තමන්ගේ අශ්වයා පිටින් මේ ඇල්ලෙන් පැනීමට උත්සාහ කළ බවට ජනප්රවාදයක් මෙහි පවතිනවා.
✅ නිදහස් වටපිටාව: අනෙකුත් ප්රසිද්ධ දිය ඇලි වගේ මෙතැන සෙනඟ වැඩි නැහැ. ඒ නිසා ඔබට නිදහසේ විවේක ගන්න පුළුවන්.
“අසුපිනි” කියන නම හැදිලා තියෙන්නේ ‘අසු’ (අශ්වයා) සහ ‘පිනුම’ කියන වචන එකතු වීමෙන්. පුරාණ කතාවලට අනුව රජ කෙනෙක් අශ්වයෙකු පිට නැගී මේ ඇල්ලෙන් පැන තිබෙනවා. ඒ වගේම මේ අවට වනාන්තරයේ දුර්ලභ පැළෑටි සහ සතුන් වර්ග රාශියක් දකින්න ලැබෙනවා.

🚗 වාහනයකින්: මාවනැල්ලෙන් අරණායක පාරේ ගිහින් උඩගම කියන ගමට යන පාරෙන් යන්න ඕනෑ.
🚶 පයින් යාම: ගමනාන්තයට ළඟා වෙන්න අවසාන කොටස ටික දුරක් පයින් යන්න වෙනවා. ඒ යන පාර ඉතාමත් ලස්සනයි.
මෙහි යන ඔබට ඉතාමත් ප්රබෝධමත් සහ සන්සුන් අත්දැකීමක් ලැබේවි. දිය ඇල්ලෙන් විසිවෙන සිහින් දිය බිඳු ඇඟේ වදින කොට දැනෙන්නේ පුදුම සිසිලසක්. පරිසරය එක්ක එකතු වෙලා හිතේ තියෙන පීඩනය නිදහස් කරගන්න මේක හොඳ අවස්ථාවක්.
⚠️ ආරක්ෂාව: දිය ඇල්ල පාමුල තිබෙන වතුර වළවල් වල නෑමෙන් වළකින්න. මෙහි දිය සුළි පවතින අතර ගල් ඉතාමත් ලිස්සන සුළුයි.
⚠️ කාලගුණය: අධික වැසි සහිත කාලවලදී යන්න එපා. එකපාරටම ජල මට්ටම වැඩි වෙන්න පුළුවන්.
⚠️ පරිසරය සුරකින්න: ඔබ රැගෙන යන ප්ලාස්ටික් හෝ වෙනත් කුණු දිය ඇල්ල අවට දාලා එන්න එපා.
⚠️ පාවහන්: ලිස්සන්නේ නැති හොඳ පාවහන් යුගලක් පාවිච්චි කිරීම වඩාත් සුදුසුයි.
