Sri Kailawasanathan Swami Devasthanam Kovil (also known as the Captain’s Garden Hindu Temple) is the oldest and one of the most beautiful Hindu temples in Colombo. It is located near the Fort Railway Station, hidden behind some buildings and railway tracks. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu Gods Shiva and Ganesha. 🚶 By Walking: If you are at Fort Railway Station, you can walk. It is located towards the D.R. Wijewardena Mawatha side, near the railway tracks.

🚗 Landmark: It is situated near the Elphinstone Theatre and the Maradana bridge area, but tucked away from the main road.
