Delft Island National Park

Delft Island, also known as Neduntheevu, is a beautiful and quiet island located in the far north of Sri Lanka, near Jaffna. 📌 How to Get There 

⛴️ To get to Delft Island, you must definitely take a boat.

🚗 Travel to Jaffna: First, reach Jaffna city.

🚗 Go to the Jetty: Take a bus (number 776) or a taxi from Jaffna to the Kurikadduwan (KKD) Jetty. This takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

⛴️ Take the Ferry: There is a large Navy ferry that is usually free, as well as private boats. The boat ride takes about 1 hour.

⛴️ Note: Ferries only leave a few times a day (usually in the morning and afternoon), so it is best to check the schedule early!
